About

Hi there!

I created this website because I was looking for a website like this myself. I’ve been skinny all my life, and I know there are more people like me. I wanted to create an online community where naturally thin people can talk together, encourage each other, and be themselves. So I created this for every naturally thin person out there. So please leave comments, it’s great to encourage each other! I love reading all your stories. This website is for you! Feel free to ask any questions or leave a comment.

BIG THANKS TO ALISHA AND DAVITA FOR THE SKETCHES AND DRAWINGS!

  3. This website is awesome! :] i have been searching for something like this forever! i’m beautifully boney, but not by choice and i’m the only one i know with the problem.. so it was nice to hear other girls stories with the same comlaints as me :]]

  4. wonderful website – pleeeeaaase make a forum too!! :D

  5. wow, so glad I have found this site….so many are like me and experiencing the same as me….don’t feel so alone now….fabby!!!

  6. It’s great to finally find a site where so many thin people congregate. I’ve always found the lean beautiful; even as a little boy. Bigger boobs and rounder butts have never been better to this guy. Sir Mix-A-Lot certainly was not speaking for me in his song “Baby Got Back” when he said, “To the bean pole dames in magazines, you ain’t it Miss Thing. Give me a sister can’t resist her. Red beans and rice didn’t miss her.”

But unfortunately, there’s a real shortage of the small these days and I’m tired of defending my attraction to thin women, to the masses who aren’t so thin. The frumpy accuse me of being shallow and warn that the slim ladies in my fantasies do not exist. However, I’ve spent many an hour strolling South Street in Philadelphia, people-watching, and while the petite are few and far between, they do nonetheless exist and they’re healthy too. No one can inspire physical attraction and romance in my heart better than a svelte lady weighing less than 115 pounds and who carries a BMI of less than 15%.

Well, there’s nothing wrong with those of you like this, and this site has restored my faith that you are out there in bigger numbers than I’ve imagined. I’d like to say thanks to the authors for creating this site and hope that it’s around for a long, long time. Good job!

  7. Hey Tom, I know where you’re coming from. My boyfriend has to deal with the same thing. Nowadays men who claim to prefer ‘curvy, real’ women are seen as the paragon of progressive thinking towards body image, and are congratulated for it. However, if a guy prefers the opposite, he’s secretly a pedophile or gay, or spends his time stomping on puppies in shallow, eating disorder-loving bliss. Either way, you are voicing a preference for physical appearance, so is one really better or worse than the other?

Oh, and don’t worry. Despite people spreading the idea that svelte ladies only exist on the pages of magazines, it seems to me there are just as many of us as there are bigger people.

  8. Thanks goodness for that. Are you for real? :-)

  9. wow FINALLY some people who understand!!!!! this might be the greatest website I’ve ever come across!

I’m a very tiny person at 4′11″ tall and around 90-95lbs. I’m 19, but definately done growing. I’ve always had the damndest time shopping for clothes and whatnot, and people just don’t understand how difficult it is to find something that fits me! I’ve walked into stores and been told that the smallest pants size in there is size 4. You can often catch me ranting, calling these sized 4 people fat out of frusteration. I’m a size 0 naturally, which alot of people don’t believe. Infact they dont even know size 0 exists! I’m really tired of “normal” or “plus sized” women complaining about how all clothes are made for skinny people. I can go into any store, and pull out at LEAST 5 or more XLs from a rack!!! Yet I can hardly ever find size XS, and when I do, they’re often STILL too big!!!! Since more and more people are becoming bigger, the world compensates for them by making larger clothes, which leaves us small people out in the dust. If bigger people can complain and get what they want, why can’t we? This is truely unfair!!

    …sorry I ranted, but I had to!!

Thank you for making this website!

  10. Evee. I understand. We skinnies just have to get through this and love ourselves for who we are. Thats easier said then done. I’m still trying to find clothes that fit but its really hard when people just make these dumb little comments about whats wrong with me. They think that its so easy to gain weight and they expect us to go home and sleep at night after being harrassed by their judgements. As if it wasnt hard enough having to except tht we cant fit into any clothes. But somehow i bet we’ll find a way.

  11. Hi All,

Although many think naturally super skinny figure is associated with ladies, I’m those minority naturally ultra thin guy. For the general perception of man, they are expected to have some manly look.

There is not many resources available for naturally underweight man. Thus, I’m looking for reputable and scentific proven safe material. If you know of any such useful resource, please share with me and the community.

Personally, I see this blog as a useful peer learning and crowdsourcing for naturally thin people. Thanks.

In fact, I have just writen an article title Born To Be Super Thin. Its URL link is http://omnigens.wordpress.com/2009/10/16/000015/ . This is writen by a Gen Y blogger who recounts his personal experience in growing up as a naturally dangerously thin person.

Also, there is some useful insight for both genders who are naturally thin in this article.
